How it’s made
Outer Layer
Super Stretch Multidirectional Nylon based Lycra fabric provides you with unlimited natural freedom of movement for any activity. The Nylon based Lycra fibers provide significant durability, abrasion and UV light. It combines the outer and middle layer ensures protection from UV rays SPF 50+ and water resistant preventing water from adding weight to the garment.

Middle Layer
The Microporous TPU Film is 4-way stretch film with breathable, windproof and water resistant outside, air and sweat permeability from inside. It is breathable to allow moisture and air to wick away from your skin while wearing out of the water for additional comfort. Windproof to protect you from wind-chill, water resistant provides a protective shell to against water pressure, and the technical air permeability allows sweat to be drawn away.

Inner Layer
Made from an advanced technology Elastic Polyester 4-Way Stretch Fleece, which 
has a lofted fiber structure that creates a thermal warmth from the water next to your skin to prevent the loss of body temperature and regulate core warmth. This Polyester Fleece is the best insulating material, which is also highly water resistant and durable. With the best feature of all is that it is soft to the touch and non-chafing of enjoyment to all of your outdoor activities.

Combined with Super Stretchy Neoprene
After above three layers of materials lamination together, the AquaThermal fabric appear slightly less stretchy. Aropec use our Unilon-Sponge which rubber sponge passed 201 substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and passed the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH, and PAHs comply with ZEK 01.4-08 of German ZLS.
Aropec Unilon-Sponge glue outer and lining with super stretchy fabrics which with OEKO-Tex and Bluesign Green Label certification, provide superior elastic stretch. Aropec combine both AquaThermal fabric and Super Stretchy Neoprene together, matching with Aropec professional 3D wetsuit template technology, our passion finally achieve the best effort.
